Racial Harmony Day

Please prepare an ethnic costume by Tuesday as it's Racial Harmony Day. There will be a class competition on the number of people wearing ethnic costumes so please try to find one. It doesn't matter if you wear your own race or other races' ethnic costume. We will be taking a lot of pictures, so please bring a camera if you have.

I will be updating people that will bring ethnic costumes for Racial Harmony. Do tag/inform me if you are bringing so that I can update the post for everyone to see.

3/6 Seating arrangement announcement

To All 3/6 peeps!!!(:

Regarding the seating arrangement, we will be changing it back to the old one..
tat means tat it wld b lik the start of the year..totally lik b4 teacher's day(:

This is because
after our class com meetin, we feel that there is alot of friction among our classmates n this seatin arrangement..in tat many are unhappy..
but here, i wld also lik to say.."its hard to please all"

another reason for the change is tat our present NEW class seatin arrangment is not realli condusive for grp work..n there is also little space between people's seats and tables and thus, we, the class com, have dicussed and decided that changin back to the old seating arrangement is the best for all

All that is changed!!!!
is that some or most ppl hav changed seat..
meanin tat u r not seating next to ur old partner or at ur old seat..

I ask for all to cooperate and accept the class com's decision
On behalf of the whole class com, i ask tat u forgiv us for causing so much inconvenience to all..

We will giv u further instrutions to where u will be seatin soon..

Once again,i'm terribly sorry for everythin..

By 3/6 Vice-Chairperson,
Joel

In addition to what Joel had said, as EOY exam is coming soon, we will like to maximise the usage of our homeroom's environment and prepare everyone well for the exam. You may not please with your new seating arrangement, but please bear with it, and endure till the end yeah? (:

Shine For Singapore MV:

Shine For Singapore lyrics:

Shine for Singapore
Music and lyrics by Benny Wong
Performed by Hady Mirza

Have you seen a star,
One that guides you no matter where you are?
However vast the sky may be
Or dark it seems
You can be sure, it's always there for you and me

Have you heard a song,
One that moved you, one that made you sing along?
Your dreams and hopes will all come true
If you believe that every vision begins with you.

* Shine for Singapore
This is your song
Deep inside your heart where it belongs
It'll always stay, strive for your goals.
You will achieve with visions so bold.

# Shine for Singapore
This is our song
Reach out for the sky, far and beyond
As one we'll stand, we're Singapore
It's here that we belong

Have you heard a song,
One that moved you, one that made you sing along?
Your dreams and hopes will all come true
If you believe that every vision begins with you.

Nowhere I'd rather be, this is home to me
This star shines strong and free

Repeat, *,#

Will send you the song and lyrics through email.
